One-Forty Madarin Textbook

This is a Madarin learning textbook series specially designed and developed by One-Forty for migrant workers. The textbooks cover 35 essential everyday topics frequently encountered by migrant workers in Taiwan, such as taking the bus, grocery shopping, and visiting the doctor. Paired with workbooks, these materials enable workers to continue practicing their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Chinese during their free time. The situational examples and conversational dialogues are rooted in real-life contexts, allowing learners to not only improve their language skills quickly but also gain a deeper understanding of Taiwanese culture and festivals.

The complete set includes six textbooks and six workbooks, each featuring one of the six brand colors. The course content is visualized into cover illustrations, incorporating soft, rounded shapes to create a lively and approachable design that embodies One-Forty's vibrant and friendly visual identity.

The interior pages have been thoughtfully restructured, redefining text hierarchy, line spacing, icons, and character illustrations. These adjustments ensure a comfortable and user-friendly reading and note-taking experience for migrant workers, making learning more accessible and enjoyable.
